Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Pidgin Doll branded packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unworn.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
